Our founders would never have tolerated today’s assault on civil rights, individual liberty, and personal privacy. The Patriot Act? The Military Commissions Act of 2006? A National ID Card via RealID? The Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007? No, thanks.
