How can you help us win? Three ways:
- Get a Republican out to vote on Tuesday
- Tell a Democrat or Unaffiliated about the need for principled change with Lawson for Congress
- Help us with our Outreach Program then call the office today (919-481-1177) and volunteer to work a polling place

I guess the internal poll DID ask too many dems
I m a volunteer from PA. I ve been helping recruit poll workers and things are very positive. We can do this...it'not too late to jump in the game!! Please consider helping!
I have a feeling that a lot of those democrats decided to dump David Price over the truly unconscionable bills he's voted for in this last term. The PATRIOT act, the $850 Billion bailout, the Iraq war? How could any Democrat vote for someone who voted for all three of those monstrosities?

At the polls the problem I'm seeing is that the Dems are pushing people to vote straight party tickets. Since they've registered so many new voters, it seems that a lot of them are just doing their 'duty' to vote and don't really know who they are voting for besides president. This is where poll workers come in to help educate those voters on issues and who the 'change' candidate is for the 4th District.
One of the Dem poll workers told me they don't know why anyone would vote against David Price since he is such a sweetheart. I asker her about the Patriot Act and she said, "Well, we all make mistakes and I con forgive one mistake." I don't know that I can stand for someone making a 'mistake' with my civil liberties, and this was not the only 'mistake' he has made. She just shrugged and I went back to talking to voters about issues, not party politics.
Go Lawson Go!
Good luck tomorrow. I really hope you win. It will be a huge statement to the establishment.
While I can't make it out to work the polls, I give BJ a plug in my final blog post of the election: http://nocoercion.com/2008/11/04/vote-libertarian/
I was out at a very liberal site today handing out literature. Like Russell stated the dems and urging folks to vote a straight ticket. Something I found that helped though was get to folks after them and mention that Lawson like Obama represents a change from the past eight years.
